Sushi is common food in japan which inclued cooked vinegared rice and other ingredients. For example, some raw fish or other seafood. One of rhe sushi called "scattered sushi" is a bowl of sushi rice with some sashimi and garnishes on the rice. Nowadays,there is an increasing number of pople like sushi around world.
