Spanish Food

Tortilla española - Gambas al ajillo - Croquetas de jamon

Paella Valenciana

Spanish Tapas - I went to this restaurant last year with my family on their visit here. Their signature dish is Paella Valenciana, a unique Spanish dish which contains rice, chicken and seafood. It is similar to fried rice except that it is made with tomato sauce and lemon juice. Honestly speaking, I literally hate sour. Thus I didn't really like this dish because I don't like the strong sour taste of tomato and lemon. But everyone else seem to be happy with our main course so I assume if you like sour, you'll love this Spanish fried rice.
Tortilla española is potato and onion omelete. This looks like a macaroni schotel, only tastes better and yet it is vegetarian! The middle one is Gambas al ajilo, which is garlic prawn and was my favourite dish of the night (because I love prawns). The last one is ham croquettes. It was alright but there's nothing so special about it that I would recommend you to try this. But I would strongly recommend you to try the Paella and the garlic prawns!
